Join Winemaker Deborah Schatzlein of Bink Wines for a four course dinner and special wine pairings with Executive Chef Joe Brown at the Mendocino Hotel. Dinner includes an heirloom tomato salad, braised beef short ribs, and more. For full details, download our pdf flyer.
