2006 Yorkville Highlands Wine Festival Our 2006 Wine Festival was hosted at Meyer Family Cellars on August 26th. The menu continued to be bountiful, but the line-up of wines available for tasting grew as well, with many outstanding, limited production wines for tasting. The event was sold out in advance for the first time, and dancing, stomping and general revelry made the event the most memorable to date. Back to top. |

As ticket sales were up nearly 40%, this became the first of hopefully many of our Wine Festivals to be Sold Out. It was also the first to feature a grape stomp, much to the pleasure of all the participants. Back to top. |

2003 Yorkville Highlands Wine Festival Our first Wine Festival was hosted at Yorkville Cellars on June 22nd, 2003. We featured Yorkville Highlands boar spit roasted plus boar burger sausages made to an old Italian recipe in addition to local, grilled lamb. All were marinaded in our wines. We also enjoyed home-baked brownies drizzled with irresistible Meyer Family Cellars Port Chocolate Sauce served with fresh-picked, local strawberries. Back to top. |
