
2003 Yorkville Highlands Wine Festival
Our first Wine Festival was hosted at Yorkville Cellars on June 22nd, 2003. We featured Yorkville Highlands boar spit roasted plus boar burger sausages made to an old Italian recipe in addition to local, grilled lamb. All were marinaded in our wines. We also enjoyed home-baked brownies drizzled with irresistible Meyer Family Cellars Port Chocolate Sauce served with fresh-picked, local strawberries.
