Located in the Yorkville Highlands Valley and surrounded by the Alexander and Anderson Valleys, The Highlands Estate is perfectly situated with easy access to Cloverdale, Geyserville and Healdsburg to the east and Boonville, the Redwood Forest and the Pacific Ocean to the west!

The Yorkville Market is owned and run by Lisa Walsh. In 2014, Lisa renovated the old Yorkville Mini-Mart with the help of her family. The new Yorkville Market opened in January 2015, and has been evolving into the chosen social center for the community and a welcome place to stop and have a bite of delicious local, organic, and sustainable food as well as a glass of wine or beer on the way to the Mendocino Coast.
Lisa created a place in Yorkville that brings together the great things of Mendocino County, Anderson Valley, and Yorkville. The Market celebrates community; the handmade food and crafts, the wine, the artists and craftspeople, the farmers and ranchers, and the breadth of social diversity. Showcasing and serving local products provides the opportunity to have a truly farm to fork and grape to glass experience in this special place.
The market hosts Friday night happy hours, monthly community dinners, regular weekend brunches, an annual BBQ Throwdown, and special and private events. In addition, Lisa offers catering for both large and small parties at the Market and in other locales in the beautiful Anderson Valley.
